Daddy, the Carpenter

We've been working a lot on our playhouse outside. Mom needs to go get a picture of it to show off and will try to do that today because it's changed a lot since the last picture! Daddy added a deck and a sandbox and a really cute dutch door. We're pretty grateful to have such a handy daddy! Hopefully this weekend we'll get to paint and add sand and get to the playing part of the playhouse. In the meantime, we're having a lot of fun pretending to help daddy with the build!

Harrison and I also gave our green thumbs a little try and planted some flowers on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, it's still a bit cold here at night and I'm not sure my marigolds are going to make it, but the pots are at least ready to go and we can add some more lively flowers when summer really kicks in!
