A Change in Scenery
Mom broke out the Bumbo chairs this week and let the girls have a try at sitting up in them. Kennedy seems to be at bit more at ease in hers. Madison still tends to recline a tad. But they both really liked the "change in perspective" from their typical view from lying on a blanket!
I wanted Mom to take a picture of all four of us kiddos. She just loves how both babies are fascinated in whatever Harrison had in his hands...
This is one of the few motor developments that Mom is cheering for. She's a bit more nervous about the rolling and crawling and walking stuff with two little munchkins to contain!

Encore
For those of you who didn't suffer through the first video and want to see more, click below for the 2nd night's performance. I was much more relaxed tonight and loved performing with Daddy in the audience!

Go Battlers!
Mom didn't get the camera rolling fast enough to catch the first cheer that we did, but luckily we cheer again on Friday night at the boy's game so she'll add another video after that one. But so many of you wanted to see me in action, so here's a first look at my cheerleading debut!

Daddy's Valentines
Happy Valentine's Day!
Stay tuned this week for my big cheerleading debut. Our little squad is performing at two basketball games and Mom will certainly get pictures and video to share with all of you who cannot make it to see me in person! Happy Valentine's Day! And our parting shot is of the back of little Kenendy's shirt....so cute:
60 Years
We had a fantastic weekend visiting with so many of our relatives. Daddy's grandparents have been married for 60 years! Grandma is one of 8 kids and they all made it home to help celebrate with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa. And let me tell you that having 8 kids means lots and lots of grandkids and lots and lots of great grandkids. Mom took this picure of the clan watching a slideshow on DVD and this isn't even everyone!
Getting everyone in one picture would have been a nearly impossible feat! They tried to get all the great grandkids together (and again, this isn't even all of us!)....
Needless to say, with so many babies, getting a good shot was also close to impossible. But it sure will be fun to look back on these pictures someday. Everyone kept commenting on how much crazier their 65th anniversary will be when all the babies are running around with the rest of us! We had a great time and loved seeing everyone. Talk about one big happy family!

4 Months
The twins are four months old! We decided to take some pictures of them, but we were a day late, so they are actually four months and one day old in these photos (ever since we added twins to the family, being on time is quite a feat....so we're proud of the fact that we were only one day late taking these!). They had their check up today and are both growing and perfect. Madison is 13 pounds, 5 ounces and Kennedy is 12 pounds, 15 ounces. Both are 25 inches long..
Here's Kennedy getting all clean and pretty...
and Madison. They both love their baths, but they are also loving it so much they've started creating mini tsunamis with all their kicking and we end up with lots of water all over the kitchen!
The girls are actually wearing the original outfits Mom brought for coming home from the hospital. She ordered them 0-3 month outfits because that's what Harrison and I came home wearing....luckily, she also packed two premie outfits in case they were tiny. And it's a good thing she did because apparently, they needed four months to grow into the others! (we got it right this time and Kennedy is on the left)
Kennedy is kicking herself in circles these days. They started out side by side and by the time we finished taking pictures, she was checking out Madison upside down!
Kennedy is even already trying to flip herself over. Before we know it, these girls are going to be on the move and we are going to be in for some serious craziness!

Back on Track and Getting Brave
(he wouldn't go without Mom so she took pictures along the way)
to crawl, Harrison and I built a little fence around them
(this also was wise to help protect them from
us as we drove little cars around the room!
It was a fantastic day and so fun for all of us!
Now Mom is off to tackle her next challenge. Two new highchairs just arrived from the UPS guy and she's got to figure out where on earth they will fit in our kitchen!
